
Additional Information for preseason workouts that begin tomorrow:
For all September and October hockey workouts, all players should arrive on time with proper clothing and running shoes.
We will not skate the week of 9/9/24 nor are sticks and gloves necessary.
If you are injured, please contact the coaches in advance and identify any exercise restrictions due to the injury.
If you are unable to attend a workout, please notify the coaches via text message at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled work out.
