IMPORTANT BOOSTER INFORMATION
JV Wrestling Tournament Fundraiser
First thing is the Hudson Boosters is having a JV Wrestling Tournament Fundraiser on 1/28/17. We are looking for tournament sponsors. The hockey team will sponsor a weight class again this year. If you want to participate please get me money by 1/22/17. The fee for a sponsorship if $100.00 for each sponsor. If we can do $10.00 a player that would be great. I will be purchasing our concession stand assignment for the tournament (water and candy) with the extra money from the team. If there are families who want to do a sponsorship that would be great too. If anyone owns a business or their employers would like to do a sponsorship please fill out the attached form and get it back to me by the 23rd. It’s a great way to show support.
Attached is a sign up genius to work the wrestling tournament. We will need a few people to sign up and work.

Booster Club Discount Cards
Second thing is the hockey team will be selling the booster club discount cards on 1/29/17 at Acme from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. We will need 4 parents to volunteer to sit with the players, watch the money and assist the players with their sales. Below is the sign up genius for the discount card sales. Coach Caleb is asking for 100% player participation. (Seniors are not required). Please let me know if you have any questions. Last year we sold about 150 cards. We are looking to sell 200 this year.

Senior Day Programs
Third item is we need someone to sell programs at the senior day on Sunday. I will have the programs at the game. If you are able to help please email me and let me know. (Thanks in advance!)
Last item is if you have not purchased a booster club membership please go to the Hudson Booster Club website. www.hudsonboosterclub.com. The memberships are available on line. There are different price points and we are hoping for 100% participation. Please identify Ice Hockey as one of the sports so we get credit.
