Dear Pond Families and Visiting Teams at The Pond,
Thank you for continuing to help keep The Pond safe during this time by respecting our protocol.
Please review our current policies below.
Everyone:
Masks must be worn at all times in the lobby and rink area.
Stop and wait to be checked in at the front desk for a temp check.
Please maintain 6ft. social distancing standards.
Do not come to the Pond if you are feeling sick.
You will not be allowed to enter the building more than 15 minutes before the start of your session.
Skaters must come dressed. Skates can be put on in our lobby.
No sharing of food in the building.
Please abide by proper entry and exit doors.
Coaches:
All coaches must wear a mask on the ice and in the building.
Coaches will assess all players with temp checks.
Coaches are asked to wipe down players benches after use (supplies are provided)
Please ensure that your students/players are following protocol while under your supervision.
Each team is responsible for monitoring one person per player spectator rule.
No Locker Rooms or Ref Rooms are open at this time.
Participants:
Skaters must come dressed and wear a mask in the lobby.
Bring your own water bottle labeled with your name; no water fountain will be available.
Maintain 6 feet between yourself and other skaters at all times.
No spitting on the ice.
Do not share personal belongings.
Skaters are not required to wear masks on the ice
Locker rooms will be closed.
Parents:
One parent may help their child get ready and be present for the game.
Please social distance in the bleachers and not stand along the glass.
Please do not congregate and exit immediately following the game.
Please discuss safety standards with your child and ensure they are following protocol while at the rink.
Spectators:
Must conduct daily symptom assessments.
Revised Spectator Capacity is one person per player.
All spectators must maintain 6 feet social distancing in bleachers
No congregating before or after practices or games is permitted
Each organization is responsible for monitoring this count.
