The team plays in one out-of-town tournament each season in Columbus on MLK Weekend (January 13-15). The players’ hotel arrangements will be handled and booked by the team – PLEASE DO NOT BOOK YOUR PLAYER’S ROOM.
However, if families would like to book a stay at the same hotel as the players, here are the details:

Booking Rates: We have arranged a fee for families to stay at a rate of $145.00 per night (without tax). When booking, please request the “Hudson Explorer Hockey Team” rate. The rate is applicable for the following dates:
- Check-in: Friday, January 13th, 2023
- Check-out: Sunday, January 15th, 2023
- Last Day to Book: Monday, December 19th, 2022 – all rooms will be released at this time.
