The Hudson Hockey Team has their first weekend game set in Columbus on November 21st and 22nd, 2026.
As we prepare for this weekend in Columbus, it is time to collect the funds for the player’s hotel and food expenses. The cost per player will be $125.00 which includes the hotel and meals for the weekend. The players will stay at Renaissance Westerville and be provided 3 meals as well as snacks throughout the stay.
Please provide a check made payable to HUDSON HOCKEY ASSOCIATION for your player(s) as soon as possible to the coaches.
All players will travel by bus on Saturday, November 21st, leaving at approximately 2:00pm for the hotel prior to the 8:00pm game. It will be very helpful, due to limited space on the bus, if parents traveling to games also transport equipment for their player. Players will have the option to ride the bus back to Hudson on Sunday, November 22nd, or ride back with parents if they choose.
The player’s hotel arrangements will be handled and booked by the team – PLEASE DO NOT BOOK YOUR PLAYER’S ROOM.

*Booking: We have arranged a block of rooms for families to be reserved. When booking, please request the “Hudson Hockey” rate. The family block is available for the following dates:
